Sometimes it can be hard to look at a comment and determine if it is genuine stupidity, or trolling and satire. Other times the comment is just as sad either way. Here’s a perfect example of the latter:

You heard it here first. The Red Sea is actually red because people beat dolphins with sticks. NOT because of helicopters putting paint in it.

Sometimes comments are good, make sense, and have a clear and concise structure to easily relay the thoughts of the author to anyone who reads it. Other times they start out good and then drift off into a wtfcomments-worthy literary disaster.

Nothing like a good chain spam message to give a torrent page that hip “pop culture” feel that everyone is going for nowadays. This rates somewhere around a 3/10 on the clever scale until your realize the following:

This is spam and the poster just copied it from someone else
The comment at the end tries to make it sound like spamming grants wishes
You’ve read it over 9000 times before
You’ve read it over 9000 times before
You’ve read it over 9000 times before

Wonder if I can sue for false advertising if I have a brain hemorrhage tomorrow from reading too much chain spam.

Just when you thought Yahoo! Answers was a reliable source of information, you see this little gem:

According to pixie66 there are 450 kilograms in a pound (450,000) so all we need to do is multiply how many pounds to 450 (??? 450*450,000 = 202,500,000) and convert that to grams.

There you have it, just shy of a quarter million grams in a pound, just the answer I was looking for!
